“The cyclone derives it’s power
from the calm center. So does the person.”
~ Norman Vincent Peale
Storms are destructive, random and require a great deal of energy. When life gets chaotic we concentrate on putting out fires and we make poor choices in words and actions.
An outstanding leader needs to be calm to choose the right path and direction for those that they lead. In that calm place you will inspire those around you to feel safer and assured in the future. Set the tone and be the role model.
Taking a few minutes to be quiet will not only physiologically change you but this is where you will feel and hear your intuition.
Who do you need to inspire today?
Do you need to have a 10 minute break to calm yourself and in turn others?
