Why do you do what you do? Successful organizations have a mission. Although we all do what we’re good at, we are driven by the idea that what we do is important. Not only does your company need a mission statement, but each department should have one as well. Does your team have have a mission statement? Every employee needs to know their part and how they contributes to the company goals. In order to cement the mission, share your vision with your team again and again, with enthusiasm! Your emotions will infect others with your vision.
