Leaders set the tone for their groups, teams or tribes.
Think about working under the thumb of a CEO or manager who yells and bullies to get things done. The followers or employees are working under fearful conditions, walking on egg shells and wondering when the next outburst will occur. I assure you that group will have minimal innovation, limited productivity and will barely be engaged or committed to the organization.

That organization will have much higher productivity, with dedicated and fully engaged individuals who demonstrate pride and satisfaction!
